Finally seller advised they had no control of inventory of small parts that come in their items, and I would have to repack and ship back a 50 lb item and receive a refund then I could repurchase. When I contacted them to let them know I was returning it, the were very cordial and understanding. I would definitely recommend them as a seller and would definitely do business with them again.
