Great clutter-free book!
In many ways this book tells us what we already know - for me is that it's hard to let go of stuff as it has memories. I do find clutter wears me out as it says in the book (by constantly moving, cleaning looking at it). This book is a bit like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and gives you a different ways of thinking about it. It also normalises clutter, we've pretty much all got too much stuff - it's not just me, I don't need to feel guilty. It is a lovely clear book that is easy to read, not overly wordy. I've already cleared the clutter from my bedroom... so it's working! I feel great. There's a section to declutter other parts of social life and work.
