Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described; they are also entitled to a refund and/or compensation where the seller had no legal right to sell the goods.

General return requirements
 
Same or unaltered condition:
• unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use outside of the listed item condition or how it was received
• all parts must be intact
• should be returned with original product packaging: boxes, UPCs, bags or any items used to wrap and protect the item

• any food items must not be consumed - ‘change of mind’ or ‘did not like it’ reason will not be accepted (excluding defective items), and such return request will not be processed
 
False claim returns:
• each buyer’s return request will be assessed individually upon their claim, any information provided such as pictures and statements will be verified for correctness
• if a buyer happens to misuse a return policy to either benefit from that or cause a damage to our seller’s account, this matter will be reported, and a buyer’s account may be blocked from future purchases
• each buyer is required to familiarize themselves with an item condition and description in full; once an order has been placed it is understood that both have been accepted – any claims for not being aware of that information will be rejected, and standard return policy will apply

    Definitely recommended, high quality product.

    Causes a great boost to energy levels and improves your ability to conduct high intensity exercise. Iive seen improvements in muscle definition around the arms and calfs. I take 3 of these a day alongside 400ml of a carb drink for an extra kick. They definitely help reduce after workout pains and sores too. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to get leaner, not for those looking to use as a weightloss tool. I have gained weight, however this seems to be muscle mass and not an increase in fat. I will be purchasing again when I need a top up!

    Great product. Highly recommend.

    Have been taking Creatine as a regular supplement for years. Having competed in Powerlifting and Bodybuilding competitions. I have found that some powders are gritty and leave an after taste. Sometimes they just don't mix well. Found the caps easy to take. Myself limiting the dosage to two caps per day instead of the recommended 3. Works for me. Old school trainer so Squat and Deadlifter etc. Found the pump very good,and appear to have more energy in the higher rep range. I cycle on and off the Creatine to gauge my progress naturally. So able to clarify if any good,making a change with regards to numbers or energy in my training.

    I trust this brand, as ive tried others and remember, you're looking for creatine monohydrate. This brand is what you're looking for. You can soend more of your time searching others and comparing but this is the one to get. Cost could be abit less considering past prices on these. Hard to avoid gimmicks in this market as most contain alot of filler. Recommended as id purchase again without checking the description.

    Great pills, high quality

    Came fast and not damaged at all. I see people complaining that creatine pills are big and hard to swallow but there’s really nothing you can do about it. I’m taking 4 every day and with a few gulps of water they’re all down. Great quality if you’re looking to conveniently take your creatine in just a few pills, recommend it.

    Decent

    It does what a creatine should do. I've been taken creatine for a while now so I can't really tell ghr difference. What is unusual is the maximum dosage recommended which is 3 capsules. That is less than 5g. Can't really tell so far if it has made a difference
