I want to return or cancel my order, what do I do?
 
It's ok to change your mind. We'll accept a request to return goods up to 14 days after delivery providing the following terms are met:
 
All packaging must be intact so that the item is in an un-used and resalable condition
Seals and wrapping must be unbroken
Postage costs are covered by the customer (the delivery charge of your order will be deducted from your refund)
If you want cancel let us know ASAP (by phone)
In the event you place the order and immediately decide to cancel you must let us know the fastest way possible to avoid incurring costs, we strongly urge you to phone us on 0151 334 0222, this is the quickest way and in most cases means we can stop the order being packed and shipped. Sending an email which can take longer to be picked up, will often mean the order has already gone and shipping costs will be incurred.
 
How to return an item by post:
 
Contact us on 0151 334 0222 as soon as possible to let us know what you want to return and to request your returns (RMA) number.
Pack the goods carefully so they will not be damaged in transit
Enclose a brief explanatory note and your contact details
Print out our address label.
Fill in the RMA number and attach it to your parcel and take it to your local post office
Returned items should be received into our warehouse within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
We can collect in some circumstances
We can arrange collection of the goods in some cases and pass this cost onto you, collection charges depend on the item size, value and your location, minimum collection costs starts at around £10. We would advise you of the cost before we proceeded with a collection.
 
How to return large or heavy items:
 
Please call us on 0151 334 0222 for guidance if the item you wish to return weighs over 5kg. There may be additional charges to cover the cost of collecting large or heavy items. If we have to instruct our courier to collect, the collection charges may be between £13.60 (small parcel) - £80.00 (if palletised)
 
Do I have to pay postage if I return an order?
 
If you've changed your mind about an item you will need to pay for the cost of returning it.
The cost of dispatch postage is non-refundable.

If you have received the wrong item or there is a fault with it, we will cover the cost for you. If this is the case, let us know on 0151 334 0222 as soon as possible.
 
Warranty: Most items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty whose terms have to be adhered to.
 
 
Return of faulty Items
 
Faulty items should be advised by telephone and an initial checklist with one of our Technical Team completed during the call to try to resolve the issue.
The tech consultant can agree to check out the fault and arrange for collection of the item.
A replacement item or refund will be issued if it is found to be faulty,
If an item is returned as faulty and after testing no problem can be found with it, the costs of collection plus an administration fee of £10.00 will be payable by the customer.
We reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund due.
 
Missing Parts (non critical)
 
Very rarely goods may arrive missing a part, we reserve the right to post the missing part within a reasonable time limit and that such a missing part does not constitute an excuse for the customer to demand a complete replacement of the goods dispatched or for the goods to be collected and refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    Perfect! This unit has replaced my ps 276-1-bcsm charger/psu and fits (a little bit sticks out) into the box. I really think the lights (and pump sound) is better than it was so suspect my old PSU to have been on it's way out. This unit is very well made and when I 'tested' it (all lights and 12v stuff on) it barely got warm, so happy with it. My only comment would be that it would be nice to have a selection of alternative spade connectors but that's down to Sargent and not Jacksons Leisure

      A quality product that is working well.

      The charger was delivered so quickly I was not in to collect it. Redelivery was no problem. It was very well packaged and arrived safely. Because it was replacing an obsolete unit I had to adjust the mountings. I had to modify the mains wiring using the cable provided. I also had to modify the van’s wiring to fit the output terminals. Both connections were straightforward to do. The information sheet was adequate. Connecting the mains supply gave instant results. The leisure battery is now charging, the mains indicator light is working and the fridge is again functioning. As it was not on for long there was no noticeable heating. I am delighted with the charger. It looks like a quality product that will give years of service.

      Easy conversion

      Not too big overall, flat profile, used to replace the charger in an old Zig unit. Attached it to the outside rear of the unit. Tested it with a good quality voltmeter, worked right on spec. Not cheap but worth the money.
