    Well made weights with excellent features

    These weights have a strong epoxy coating on them and a design which allows you to grip them easily. The larger sizes like 25 lb and 10 lb can be used as a free weight if needed just by gripping them. Also easy to hold when you want to add a weight to your sit ups.
