À l’écoute de ma réclamation concernant : 40,00€ de frais de dédouanement perçus lors de la livraison par Chronopost alors que rien ne l’indiquait dans le montant, ce qui m’a fait penser à une « arnaque » dans un premier temps, et refuser le colis, que j’ai finalement été chercher dans l’agence chronopost de mon secteur, après explication avec eBay. D’où une perte de temps importante, (100 km aller-retour).
