The eyeliner is exactly what I ordered, and the seller was very responsive, but the shipping took over 2 weeks. I ended up ordering from a different site and got it quicker. I understand the shipping is not the fault of the seller, but the USPS needs to do better. It wasn t even delayed because of the holiday because I placed the order on November 24th.
