It seems like this seller is honest and has lot of positive reviews. I think the authenticity is important in fine jewelry transactions. After numerous transactions, we have never had an issue with the authentication of any of our products. We have a GIA-certified gemologist who appraises all of our items and writes the descriptions. We apologize on behalf of Ebay since there was no communication on Ebays end since the product is authentic. b.
