    Greate peice of portable exercise kit for the price. I bought 5 of these chest expanders for around close to 40 pounds. Overall I have a feeling that these set of 5 chest expanders I bought are going to last a long time so long as I treat them well (as in don't stretch the springs to far out so they won't snap) and clean them every so often (so they don't rust or get dirty). A set of 5 of these 5 spring chest expanders adds up to around 150kg which is all you will ever need for bodybuilding 👍🏼

    Cannot fault this for the price. It does the job adequately. My only comment for improvement would be if the handle grips rotated. This would make it a little more comfortable on the wrists as you pull the expanders open, but for the price it does what it is supposed to do.

      OK for 'shorties'

      The item arrived promptly with minimal packaging (environmentally friendly). I was favourably impressed with the quality and appearance, although I found the handles a bit small and the springs a little short. Perhaps a larger size for us over 6 footers would be a good idea? This seems to be suitable for @ 5 feet (max) height people.

      Not as good as the original 'Spenby'.

      I thought the springs were cheap. Springs don't allow for a smooth pull. Very difficult to pull more than two springs.Springs too small in length.
