Greate peice of portable exercise kit for the price. I bought 5 of these chest expanders for around close to 40 pounds. Overall I have a feeling that these set of 5 chest expanders I bought are going to last a long time so long as I treat them well (as in don't stretch the springs to far out so they won't snap) and clean them every so often (so they don't rust or get dirty). A set of 5 of these 5 spring chest expanders adds up to around 150kg which is all you will ever need for bodybuilding 👍🏼

What can I say, excellent product.My Dad had one when I was a kid and although this is not as well made as the one he had which is now vintage 1950's, this one works just as well.I use a Bullworker and I was using the same 7 second isometric holds with this Chest Expander and the springs stayed the same with a maximum stretch.You can really feel the muscles in the middle of your back.I'm going to buy another one next week so I can do biceps and lateral raises quicker.I recommend 100%
