    Great reference book

    Suitable for both beauty therapists and home-users, this is a compact, straightforward and easy to follow book with the added benefit of a DVD. The exercises are illustrated with both a photo and diagram showing the muscle/s you are working on and the instructions are easy to follow. Nutrition and skincare info is included and I was interested in the beauty secrets from around the world chapter but bemused that the UK wasn't mentioned!! All in all, a great little book and highly recommend!!
