Shipping was good. Product was exactly as described. It is also the best of the bunch that are available on the market, but it is not perfect.
Connecting to the headstock is silly. The microphone is in front of my face and when I turn my head to stare up at the headstock it takes my mouth away from the mic.
Connecting to the sound hole blocks the ability to strum the guitar without banging into the phone holder. I can fingerpick no problem which is good, but no strumming which is bad.
