I bought pants with a waist size of 32 because I already had the same size from the same manufacturer, bought earlier but bought on a different platform. The size is actually equivalent to 34 inches. You can return the trousers, but at your own expense, which defeats the purpose because I will pay half the price of the product for shipping.
