    Everything is fine but I do wish I had either noticed or been given a heads up about a signature required delivery. I wasn’t here when they tried to deliver it the first time and I had to make an extra trip to the post office to get the package. I will try to do better in the future

    Better than raw broccoli

    No after effects, taste, burping, indigestion. Seems to help with glucose control as I have been able to half my meds with same results. Don't know if it's placebo effect or not but I'm going to keep taking it for now.

    Suspect it works. :-)

    Thought the 500 mcg was too small to have any effect, but all brands seem to use this dosage. I have only been taking one pill a day for a few weeks, but the tingling in my feet, thighs, butt has eased up. Works better than Gabapentin. Placebo effect?
