The product that arrived looks used and possibly an ex showroom model. The seller dealt with it well (full refund) but to sell something listed as brand new when it’s clearly used felt troubling.
The seller has stated that the damage was done by the courier company. Unless the toy was removed from the box and played with by a child (wielding a screwdriver) I think that’s unlikely…
