He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He supplied an extra end piece to the diverter valve without charge and has now refunded the deposit on return of my old diverter part. Thankfully, this enabled me to replace the leaking part and the boiler is working well!.

Part has been discontinued by manufacturers and only NEW part engineer could locate anywhere. Particularly grateful. Seller keen to ensure we were ordering right thing before dispatch which was sensible and we double checked with fitter. Part arrived promptly next morning and fitted p.m. Working fine by 4 pm. Fitter pleased with quality and exact match. It cost a bit but not more than recon components out there.
