Hello, Thanks for taking time to rate our service. I went through the messages, but could not see a negative attitude from our staff. From the messages, you have insisted a discount of 25% (£35) that was politely declined. The "deliberate overpricing" could be easily proven from "Revision summary" for eBay listing 133676425930. The last price update was back in 2022 (2 years ago). In the end of the day, it is a free market, so the decision from where to buy and at what price, is entirely yours.

Deliberately over pricing as the part was unavailable from Miele and even their price was 25% less than yours so yes, you are correct it's a free market but I was left with no choice but to put up with profiteering (or my customer wasn't) or scrap a very expensive microwave.

As soon as I contacted the seller, it was only too happy to send a replacement part to me, again excellent sturdy packaging. Am very satisfied with the item which has now made the fascia of my washing machine neat and tidy once again.
