The hair is 100% synthetic, it smells like chemical and isn't the human hair described on page. Supplier is trying to prevent the £19.90 refund and the customer service is awful. I've been trying to get my money back since the 8th of July . I was sent a Royalmail label that has no tracking and because of this, I've not received my refund even though I've returned the awful hair 6days ago and posted the receipt. The supplier seems to want to scam me of my money even after messing up my client.
