- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI received this bowl shattered in the box delivered to me. I didn't even bother opening the box to photograph it as I had already cut my finger from a shard that escaped the seam. I contacted the seller and explained the situation and asked if they would send a replacement. They said they couldn't without proof. Since the bowl was thrown out already I couldn't take a photo. I accepted their response and tried to reorder it through the same vendor to find out they blocked me!Reply from: les_chats_sommeillants- Feedback replied to by seller les_chats_sommeillants.- Feedback replied to by seller les_chats_sommeillants.You omitted we suggested you simply file a claim through the ebay system and they would adjudicate. In speaking with ebay, they suggested this course as indicating you "cut your finger on a shard" suggested you indeed did open the parcel and could of taken a quick photo prior to discarding. Then your story migrated to the "cleaning crew" through out the parcel and you didn't even open it. Either way, ebay would of handled the claim, independent of us. What is unreasonable about that?
