Dans une perspective n o-institutionnelle, cet ouvrage tudie les causes et les cons quences de la corruption dans le secteur de l'eau. Il propose une analyse comparative d taill e de deux syst mes distincts (France et Allemagne) afin de mieux comprendre comment diff rents degr s de centralisation des institutions cadrant le secteur et diff rentes mani res de l'organiser r sultent dans des types de corruption sp cifiques.
