    Great product and replacement for original

    Great price and service, replacement for original which the dog chewed. Not keen to pay Bt £20+ for what is essentially a remote control. Works fine, looks exactly like the original at half the price. Very happy with it, no problems at all

    Buy the original remote if you can find one

    The original remote was loads better, the 4 way navigation button on this model is useless. On the original remote the button was raised, on this one it’s level with the other buttons and every time I use it I hit a wrong button. Buy the original controller if you can.......the problem is resolved if you do.

    Perfect replacement

    Our old remote has been dodgy for ages; was going to get new player but this has fixed it completely. This one is new type with black centre button, the old one was silver, it needed no reprogramming, just worked!

    Does the job well but fiddly central control area.

    Buttons in the central control area are too small and cramped making operation difficult. Otherwise the remote is very responsive and works well. Not for those with larger fingers. Unfortunately this is my third remote as the previous models versions 1&2 had button failures after about a years use. Hoping this version 4 lasts longer.
