Sofa was covered fine, but was sent via courier company with no protection at all, so arrived with marks over it and damp from being stored for over a week at courier's, with nothing protecting it. Seat pads were too soft and not original LA seat pads. Communication was dreadful. Would not use again due to lack of care or interest in customer.
