I haven't been using long enough to know if it is going to help but it didn't burn and it seemed to soothe the itching. It has a good smell it almost has a slight minty smell like bengay ointment it's kind of hard to explain but I think that's why it cooled down the itching and burning. The seller was also very helpful in assisting me with information and helping choose the right ointment for what I told her about the rash I have. It was delivered in 5 days a all around good experience thank you
