Returning product due to changed mind
 
You may return the item unused and in its original condition within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note by original condition we mean the item must be in all of the original packaging and labels must be in good condition so the product can be resold at full price. The product must not be used. We will provide a refund ensuring your product meets our terms and conditions. After 30 days from the purchase date you are no longer eligible for a refund, in the event the item is returned after this time frame you can claim store credit from our website only, this will be for the same value as when purchased.
 
Faulty items
 
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase please contact us and we will provide replacement parts or a full replacement if necessary. By faulty we mean unusable, broken or not as described. After 30 days from the purchase date we have statutory rights to refuse a refund in order to attempt to repair or replace the item. Only after this attempt can a refund be given. Any product within our warranty period will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our return process is free for the return of damaged or faulty goods, please contact us to obtain prepaid details. Postage is to be paid by the customer if you are returning an item due to a change of mind. We do not reimburse postage fees, if you encounter a fee at your local post office or parcel shop we will not be held liable for this.

    A generally OK design spoilt by very poor quality.

    Generally well designed, especially the pan and the wheel. The brackets between the frame and wheel look very weak. Mine had appalling build quality, the worst I've ever seen on any product. It took a lot of persuasion to get things lined up. I'm an engineer with 40 years experience and have built award winning classic cars, so I do know how to put things together. Even now it's not remotely square, but I desperately needed to use it so it had to make do. It didn't have locking nuts on the fasteners and all of those on the frame came loose. Some fell out and I lost them. You can't tighten nuts onto a tube and not expect them to come undone! The company sent me a replacement set of fasteners and additional nuts so there are now locking nuts on all fasteners, but it would be easier to ...

    Its strong once you fix all the bent parts!!!

    The first barrow had a damaged wheel and a twisted frame. The company did replace both but the second barrow was pretty much the same as the first but with a bigger dent in the barrow part. I had to use a rubber mallet to get the pieces together. The packing was really really poor and the barrow parts fell around in the box causing damage. The barrow its self is strong and seems (so far ) to be robust. I ant really tell if it is good value yet. The quality is OK when you straighten all the parts that dont fit!!

    Very Sturdy and Versatile Wheelbarrow which arrived on time and was fairly easy to assemble as it contained all the tools required to build it. It has extra tough additional bars for support and can handle all types of loads and at an affordable cost for what you get.

    Wheelie good barrow!

    An excellent barrow, galvanised well so it should not rust. However, having to put it all together was a bit tricky and the little spanners provided were not good enough so I use my own. It does look god.
