    This Buyer is abusing the FEEDBACK POLICY, by stating false claims.I am not here to scam nor lose customers.Buyer received a perfectly working NEW item, sold 11/24/24, Delivered 12/2/24.Messaged 1/11/25(well beyond the 30 day time frame for returns)stating that the led lights was working, battery died and after replacing the battery it does not work. Explain that these are one time use and replacing the battery could break the wires. Broke the item and want a refund 41 days after delivery.

    They demanded and insisted I remove negative feedback before returning the faulty item. Blasted me with messages for days and took no steps to request feedback removal for a refund. Had no intention of refunding knowing I could not refund the item or change the negative feedback. Arrogant, rude, indecisive and still a scammer. I even requested address to send, crickets. The review stands as is, scammer.
