    1st loco arrived damaged even though double boxed, obviously due to careless handling by the courier service. I contacted AC Models whom were most helpful and supplied a replacement within 48 hours. They added additional bubble wrap as additional protection and the 2nd loco upon opening was in pristine condition. Excellent service from this 1st class retailer. 10/10. Highly recommend them.
