I cannot comment on the waterproofing because I try my best not to ride in the rain. If you were to wear this all year round, then I suggest 1 size up might be the better option. Upon inspecting the jacket I found that it had a fault with the lining. I looked at the paperwork and it advised that I contact them directly so I sent an email, however as I was in Nottingham the next day I thought I will take the jacket back myself and swop it. The Wearhouse team were very helpful and changed the jacket and I even went up a size so I can get a jumper under it. Good price great service I will buy again. :))
