I went to the local Argos store to pick it up and the first member of staff stated that I needed an FM number. I did not know what this was but looked at my eBay account without success. Fortunately, the second member of staff found the parcel easily and then scanned the bar code. He told me to check my eBay messages and I found a message with the FM number.
