    I KNOW THIS ISN'T A FORUM, BUT PLEASE PLEASE . . . D***U (and anyone else) DON'T feed mealworms to Hedgehogs! It's really BAD for them. Look it up. You'll then understand. Anyhow. . as for the mealworms.They're excellent quality worms, and I always get them from Maltbys, as well as top quality bird seed and hedgehog food too. Highly recommended seller.

    These mealworms as very good value. The birds go crazy when they see me coming. The two sparrow in different boxes, as it’s easier to feed them. I soak the mealworms in hot water until they cool and soften. I have a camera in one box and it’s lovely to watch as mum feeds them

      quality mix at a fair price...attracts more the squirels

      very high quality...lots of whole peanuts which are expensive.....now i have 3 squirels several woodpeckers and doves of many types..and tits....all in all...very pleased with the mix....attracts not just squirels...but lots of wildlife .....i would recommend this quality mix......and the price is very fair for what it is.....10/10...i have bought 2 sacks so it will take me thro the winter....but the squirels do not know that and are busy leaping and pronging all over the place burying nuts for winter....but am surprised how close they are comming to me..........

      Too much dust

      Usually buy Maltbys mealworms but tried these as they are a little cheaper .False economy...so much dust the bird feeders get clogged up and a lot of uneaten dust left where I use them for ground feeding.Back to the meal worms once the 5kg sack has been used up.At the moment its so cold the birds are desperate for anything so not too fussy but even so these calciworms definately don’t get eaten as quickly as the meal worms.I wish Id read more of the reviews before buying ...Idmost likely have just paid the extrapounds for the more reliable mealworms....which seem to have gone up a lot in price recently.

      Really great product

      3rd time purchase of this item, started with 1kg to check this out. It’s such good quality, my 30 budgies can’t get enough of it. Well worth buying 5kg at a time, as the more you get the cheaper it works out. Great supplement to get outside aviary birds over winter. Definitely recommend. Huge thanks & great fast free delivery.

      Good wild bird mix

      Looks a good dust free mixed wild bird food. This is the second type I have purchased from Maltby's store and I prefer this as the other one has dried fruit in it and I have a dog so it was a concern that the dog may get to eat some. However, this one is a good mix and seems to attract lots of small garden birds. They are getting through it quite quickly which is always a good sign

      Great product fantastic value

      Great product I have bought from this company three times now. Each time the order has been with me within two days. The only downside this time is the packaging in polythene bags instead of the hessian type polythene bag which is more durable. On the positive you can tie the top of these.
