Overall a satisfactory transaction. Communication was good, shipping was fast, the price was outstanding, and the item's condition matched that displayed in the photos. But the condition did not match the description. The item was described as "brand new, unopened in original packaging". I've used many rail sections over the years, and this one had most certainly been used, and I doubt the packaging I received was original. However, the low price and other good points offset any negatives.

Attempted to order these 'extra' brackets directly from Sunsetter. The first agent I spoke with was unable to place the order, so I was transferred to another rep. On hold for 20-minutes...then the call was dropped. This prompted me to check Ebay. Thankful that I did. Much better service, and much better price than Sunsetter.
