Seller notes: “A stunning Vintage 18ct Gold Signet Ring set with an oval Carnelian (approx' 9.0mm by 7.0mm), which ... “A stunning Vintage 18ct Gold Signet Ring set with an oval Carnelian (approx' 9.0mm by 7.0mm), which dates to 1966 (please see the detailed close-up photographs provided, which form an integral part of the item's description).This fine quality Carnelian set Ring, which weighs 5.7 grams, has a 'D' shaped tapered shank supporting the Bezel measuring approx' 11.0mm long by 8.5mm wide. As shown it is stamped with a full British Hallmark, confirming that it is made from solid 18ct Gold and that it was assayed in London in 1966. Overall the Ring is in great condition with wear commensurate with age, as shown. It ring is sized at UK Ring Size 'N', which equates to a US Ring Size '6 3/4' - as with almost all antique rings the band is slightly ovalised i.e it is not perfectly round and it measures slightly differently on the gauge depending on how it is positioned, however this will not affect the ring when worn.”
