What great service. Arranged delivery for a Thursday at our caravan and then the snow came, which was 200mm deep in mid-wales. The seller re-arranged delivery for the next Sunday in time for us to leave for home. The bed was far better quality than expected for the price paid with deep mattresses.

To be clear I purchased the double divan base with drawers and headboard WITHOUT mattress. I was slightly apprehensive but, apart from one aborted delivery attempt (extreme weather conditions)which I mention because I was contacted immediately and a further delivery attempt was arranged successfully and with impeccable service.
The items were well packaged. Very pleased with quality and build.
