The Item I purchased however was pictured unopened in bag with tags attached, However the item I received was out of the bag. It did still have the tag though, and since I was planning on removing it from the bag anyway, it wasn't a terribly big concern, however it would have been nice to know, as there were other cheaper listings for the item out of bag. Despite it coming unbagged though, the item was in mint condition.
