(1). We use the Cyprus Postal Services, and it is unfortunate they are not the perfect delivery service and sometimes items get delayed or even lost. The Cyprus Postal Services will not look into a delayed package until 15 workings days have passed, therefore if such an event occurs we would like to ask our customers to wait this amount of time, as 95% of the time the package does arrive.
 
(2). For orders to addresses within the European Union, the waiting time described above is 20 working days.
 
(3). For orders to address within not within the UK or European Union, the waiting time described above is 25 working days.
