DELIVERY INFORMATION
 
Pandemic update: We are operating a normal same-day dispatch service.
 
All orders received before 3 pm are processed and sent the same day via a reliable 48hr tracked service. An option is available to upgrade the package to a 24hr service through the checkout page.
 
The courier selected will vary depending on their availability, the type of product and location of delivery. As standard, we use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD for the vast majority of deliveries due to their excellent reliability and post-sale tracking systems. The courier used may vary to the advertised provider within the listing.
 
We recommend that the customer has an active mobile number and/or email address within their eBay account so the courier can relay live delivery updates via SMS or email. Both Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD also have related mobile phone apps that can be downloaded.
 
Whilst the majority of all deliveries are processed and delivered without delay their is a small possibility of the delivery window increasing in exceptional circumstances such as around Black Friday, Christmas and other seasonal events. All Royal Mail services are considered non-guaranteed, and the delivery window may vary. We recommend all time-sensitive products are upgraded to a Parcelforce or DPD 24-hour service.
 
Whilst rare we sometimes have to add a premium surcharge for deliveries that are within remote locations and are products that are not able to be dispatched with couriers operating a full UK delivery service, in particular aerosols and paints. We will inform customers before dispatch if we have to undertake this surcharge and an option will be available for the customer to cancel on request.
 
The postcodes are as follows: AB10, AB31-AB56, All BT, FK19-FK21, All HS, All IM, All IV, KA27, KA28 KW1-KW17, PA20-PA41, PA42-PA49, PA60-PA78, PA88, PH5-PH50, All ZE.
 
As a summary, this includes the Scottish highlands and their associated islands, the Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands. Please contact us if you have one of the above postcodes for further information, we recommend undertaking this before purchasing the product to prevent unnecessary delays.
 
A tracking number will be uploaded automatically and attached to the order within eBay. If you encounter a rare delay to the order, please contact us to help further.
 
Important information for hazardous products:
 
Couriers delivering rodenticide and other hazardous products may leave parcels in unattended locations, including in open environments or letterboxes where pets may be present. We recommend that purchasers arrange to be present at the time of delivery and if necessary delay ordering until they are able too. Tracking is available for all products sent and can be requested from the eBay order page. We can also assist you on request with additional information if required.
 
RETURNS
 
If you wish to make a return, you can do so by sending us a message then sending the product in its original packaging along with your invoice within 30 days of the invoice date. We do not offer a free pre-paid return slip, and the cost will be payable by the returnee.
 
We regret that we are unable to offer returns for used or part-used goods.
 
We always recommend asking for a 'Proof of Posting' receipt as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit.
