Good value product. HOWEVER... Problem with DHL courier, who initially required a signature. They claimed to have attempted delivery (at a time when I was in fact at home!), so I had to reset the delivery to a later date. Then it appears that they have not taken care with the bags, as two of the four bags delivered had burst open at the seams and were leaking salt. I will have to clean the floor now...

Item was late and service poor. I paid on 21-May-24, the item was dispatched 1 WEEK LATER on 28-May-24. I sent 4 messages which the seller ignored until the dispatch date. They then attempted to blame the delay on the bank holiday, but this fell on 27-May-24, a full 6 days after the order was placed. Judging by the number of similar complaints, I suspect this seller is based or sourcing its items from abroad. The only plus is the item was as described but I will never use this seller again.

Sold Used as New. Had been cleaned but they missed a bit. And then when it was spotted I sent them a message 6 days ago and still have had no reply. I would suggest not buying from this supplier as not only did it not arrive as quickly as they advertised it was used before and there customer support has been non-existent. If I didn’t need the tool and after slow delivery plus all this time waiting for a reply I can’t wait any longer.
