I did get a refund so that is why neutral and not negative. Athought I do believe it would have been refunded anyhow due to the pics I took of the item as well as Ebay's money back guarantee. Seller did not accept refunds on this order. The product came and the original box was destroyed . The top of it taped back on as well as other parts of the box. The dropper didn't work. There was product in the dropper that looked like it was dried up. I have no idea why. Did not look new.

This item was new. The original box was damaged, so I sent it in the inner box only. I have no idea why the dropper would not work, so I sent you a refund. I'm not sure what else you wanted me to do???!

The seller had not shipped the shoes after 4 days. I contacted Ebay and a day later I received an email saying after further inspection of the shoes, they were damaged. This seller listed the shoes as $99.00 or best offer. They would not accept any of my offers. I found these shoes on sale on another site for $89.00. I would not trust this seller.

It says in my listings the shipping time frame. I allow myself extra time for a reason. If you did not want to wait then you should have ordered elsewhere. And, I suppose I should have just sent you the damaged shoes! No, because then you would have complained about that too. There is no pleasing some people :/
