Itslian Black Truffle Salt 80g
Having tried several UK supermarket brands of Truffle Salt and been a little disappointed, I decided to give this brand a try. It is a little bit more expensive than the other brands but for the extra money you are getting s truely authentic product with a good percentage of real truffle, not just artificial flavouring like many salts and oils on the market. Strong in a rich truffle flavour that can become quite addictive, we are using it for everything from Italian pasta recipes to simply sprinkling it over chips. The packaging is also very nice to give as a present or to have on the table during a meal. Just make sure that your guests don't use too much of it and save some for yourself! It is a slightly damp salt so you need to get used to this as it does not sprinkle the same as ...
