    The clarity or my pictures since I have had this free view box are truly magnificent and I would recommend this BT view box to everybody and what's more the company that sell this box are great - I must have asked enough questions of them to drive them mad ( not being very technical ) but they were very patient and very swift in replying to my emails and put my mind at rest a trustworthy company I would say and that is a fact - and it was also for a great price - so what's not to love .

    I ordered this box! Then a phone call offering a upgrade to a pro version that sounds ok The unit didn't like running on WiFi. On the initial set up I couldn't get it to except the ethernet cable so I had to use WiFi set up only. Using it to view Netflix's I was losing lots of films in the menu being greyed out. Using BBC 1 to pause live Tv then fast forward to the right time it locks up and the Tv goes blank and you have to power off to reset not happy. so your choice to upgrade Good luck :-(
