Complete rip off, and arrived damaged. I paid £60 for some Apple airpods for the office but what has arrived is a fake product. Should ebay actually allow this to be sold on their website as advertised as an Apple product? They do not function properly, they disconnect constantly and the charging hasn’t worked for even 1 second. I am getting complaints from customers when trying to be on the phone due to the low quality microphone and the speaker is bad.
