Mats arrived on time and fitted the exactly (Kona electric 2020).Driver's mat has metal crimped eyelets to go around hooks on the car floor. One of these was badly crimped and so wouldn't fit on the hook properly and came apart whilst trying to fit the mat. Reported problem to the seller. Seller replied within minutes apologising, offered to send out a new set free of charge, and said no need to return the faulty mat.Replacement set has arrived. Good quality. Excellent customer service.
