The PO BOX was left off my address by FTG Parts and the shipment was returned to sender by the Post Office. Only after discussing the matter with the Post Master was I able to have my item re routed and sent back to my PO Box. FYI - My shipping address did contain both my physical address and my PO Box . Photo is of actual box with the address as sent by FTG Parts.

Packaging was nicely sealed with a message on tape stating "check contents if seal is broken. Item was securely packaged and item came as described.
