    Unfortunately, the item was damaged in shipping. Upon inspection, the seller did a fine job packing and 100% of the fault fell on the delivery agent. I felt bad. I sent the seller some pictures.     Excellent purchase

    I started painting with professional watercolors. When I ran out, I tried Cotman (W&N) didn't like - too low in pigment. I found Grumbacher w/c and found it has a very nice pigment load and handled very well. I was buying tubes and filling my own watercolor pans. When I saw this set (it is a great value just for the paints. I was given a full sheet of 300 lb paper and want to try a large painting. This set will be perfect for using my larger brushes. I have up to size 30 in rounds. I like the way the little set is put together. My painting buddy scoffs at my using "student grade' paint' yet she can never tell the difference. I hope others will give Grumbacher a try.
