Parcel package delivery through letter box with no content inside. The courier marked the item deliverd with proof of posting but you can clearly see the package had been opened. Contacted seller to advise accordingly. He offered no help other than to contact the courier company, which I did and they advised to contact the seller. I don't use ebay all that often as this type of thing happens a lot and it is almost impossible to get anywhere. The item wasn't expensive, but my time and effort is.
