great service and fast deliver 100% happy with that bit shame asked about combination of postage as it isn't £6.25 to post something that weight and when asked to combine the postage said they would but no refund yet and not looking likely as they not responded to message I sent asking if it was getting refunded but still waiting

Advertised 1st class post arrived late via 2nd class large letter with incorrectly spelt name on envelope and someone else's invoice with all their details on in the envelope. Not entirely convinced that they are what they say they are as quite a lot of the pellets are deformed and have a paint like substance on them. I've contacted seller but he's failed to answer after several days leaving me no alternative but to leave this poor feedback, this is NOT a seller I will use or trust again.
