We use a national courier whose policy it is to deliver to the front door of your property – If your property is a flat/ apartment the driver will deliver to the main entrance of the building.

We will send you tracking details as soon as we place an order with the courier for delivery of your item, please ensure you are available to receive your order.

The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times if you are not available on the day of delivery; After these 3 attempts you will be responsible for the cost incurred for any further delivery attempts made.

We ask the courier to obtain a signature as proof of delivery, should you not be available to take delivery of your item the driver may try to leave with a neighbour, unless we are specifically advised not to do so on purchase.

As per the courier's own policies customers can ask that their items are left in a safe place however we advise against this as this is at your own risk.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations up to when the item is dispatched. Once dispatched all cancellations will be treated as an unwanted item (please see unwanted items section below).

Returns

When returning one or more items in a set we ask that you contact us via eBay messenger to discuss the item to be returned and the amount to be refunded for each item.

Unwanted Items:-

All return requests must be sent to us within 14 days with a reason for returning your item.

You are responsible for the cost and arranging the return of the item.

The item must be returned to us as new and in its original packaging.

All items being returned to us must be sent within 7 days of informing us of your intent to return.

Tracking must be provided on all items being returned. If your item does not arrive and you cannot provide proof of delivery we cannot issue a refund; You will have to raise a case with your chosen courier.

All items that are returned to us will be checked on arrival to make sure they are as new, and only then will we process your full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Please note that any unwanted returns that arrive back damaged will void your refund and you will have to claim off the courier you have used.

Damaged Items:-

Any damages or faults with your items must be relayed to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods, after this time reports of damage will not be accepted.

Any noticeable damage caused by a courier can be refused on delivery, therefore sent back to us by the courier.

We ask that photographic evidence of damage is sent to us for review before we will organise the return of the damaged item.

We will send you tracking once we have organised your return so that you can be available for the collection – our courier will only make 3 attempts to collect the item, we ask that you are available as any costs incurred arranging further pickups will either be charged for upfront or be deducted from the refund of the item.

We will process your full refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

Your Data
