Il cliente ha diritto di recedere dal contratto entro il termine di 30 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce (art. 5 del D.lgs 185/1999), restituendo i beni acquistati al venditore, il quale gli rimborserà il prezzo della merce restituita. Per esercitare il diritto di recesso è necessario inviare una e-mail di avviso a e.dromi@libero.it dovrà contenere la dichiarazione di voler recedere dal contratto. Alla comunicazione vanno altresì allegati i seguenti documenti:

- scontrino originale;

- codice dell'articolo/i del prodotto/i restituito/i;

- coordinate sulle quali ottenere il rimborso

Attivata la pratica di recesso – prima di poter restituire i prodotti acquistati - è necessario attendere riscontro da parte nostra che verrà comunicato tramite e-mail. A quel punto, il cliente dovrà restituire la merce, consegnandola di persona o spedendola a proprie spese.

Per la spedizione si consiglia di utilizzare un corriere o altro mezzo idoneo a permettere la rintracciabilità della spedizione, non si procederà al rimborso della merce oggetto del recesso, qualora non si riceva la relativa consegna. Entro 30 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce, si provvederà ad effettuare l'accredito al cliente dell'importo corrispondente.
