Sold Used as New. Had been cleaned but they missed a bit. And then when it was spotted I sent them a message 6 days ago and still have had no reply. I would suggest not buying from this supplier as not only did it not arrive as quickly as they advertised it was used before and there customer support has been non-existent. If I didn’t need the tool and after slow delivery plus all this time waiting for a reply I can’t wait any longer.

I was out when this was delivered with no designated safe place. Evri got through two gates and threw the parcel containing a Li-Ion battery over a 6 foot fence/gate landing several feet away to be left out in direct sunlight. Although it appears to be okay the way the rear of my property was accessed was trespassing. Lithium batteries are on Evri’s list of prohibited items so their service should not have been used to ship them. I complained to the seller but they did not reply to my messages.
