Great product (I've already been out on the river!) and fast dispatch, albeit I thought they would be in touch to make sure someone was in to receive the item and help with unloading whereas it just appeared. No complaints per se but some notice would've been appreciated as its not the kind of thing you can leave in the porch!

The boat was packed in a scruffy bag with a slit in the top badly taped up, on checking the boat and contents l found that the row locks their brackets and several other items were missing. I rang to explain the situation, having not heard anything after 4 days I rang again and eventually received a message to say they would be with me that day. I received a pack of nut and bolts to attach the missing parts! Another call and finally I can assemble and use my boat. Dissatisfied customer.
