I've had several of these hut types from Easipet and they work well. They don't last long - usually one winter and they fall apart, but I found them to provide good shelter for community and outdoor cats for 6 - 12 months. Try to place them in a covered area because rain will really wreck the roof very quickly. If not a sheet of tarp will suffice. They provide great shelter for visiting cats.

Sturdy, easy to assemble and great features
I bought this for my cat, who prefers outdoor living! It's really sturdy and well designed, and simple to assemble. It also solved my problem perfectly well and at a price that was easy on the pocket. The cat absolutely loves it!

Small animal house
This is very easy to put together and nice chunky quality. Being wooden it doesn't sweat or have a unpleasant smell. I bought this as a hidey hole box for my feral cat and it's inside a shed with a nice furry blanket inside, she went up the ramp and straight in - she loves it and I'm happy knowing she is snug in the winter

Fantastic for our guinea pigs
This is great for our guinea pig. It's spacious enough for up to 4... Ideal to have in a run so they can have shelter/shade. This is what we will use it for the most but its also ideal to use for a nesting place in a shed in the colder weather. Our piggies go in shed when the weather turns colder and then we have them indoors. They will then go back in the shed next March/April so it will be used for sleeping in again before the hutch. a great little hutch at a very budget price
I was looking for a decent hutch for our Granddaughters small rabbit that would fit inside the exercise run - this fit's the bill. It's quite adequate & should last a decent amount of time. It's small by hutch standards but it does exactly what we wanted. It's not a luxury quality or large hutch but perfectly adequate for a small rabbit. It is as well built as most other hutches that I've seen & at the bargain budget price I paid I reckon it's a very good buy. Guinea pig house
I bought this item for my guinea pig for when he is outside in his run. He loves his little house and it provides him with warmth and shelter. I am very pleased with the item . it was very easy to construct I would recommend two people - one to hold the pieces together while the other one puts the screws in but I am sure it could be done by one person.
